the right size
First thing you need to do is to consider your space. You should maintain at least 3 feet of clearance from structures, furniture and plants for safety.

Ignition systems
Manual Lit

Piezoelectric Ignition

Electronic Ignition

Other considerations
Outdoor fire pits are exposed to the elements, so make sure the ignition system is durable, waterproof, and designed for harsh outdoor conditions.
Look for systems specifically designed for outdoor use, ensuring the components (electronic parts, wiring, etc.) are protected from moisture and corrosion. Others may require professional installation, especially more complex systems that integrate with the gas supply.
