How to transform your outdoor space with a

Natural Gas Fire Bowl

After the pandemic, natural gas fire bowls have surged in popularity, becoming a staple feature in outdoor living spaces. As homeowners seek to extend their indoor comforts to the great outdoors, these versatile and stylish fire bowls have emerged as the perfect solution.

In this blog post, we delve into the enchanting world of natural gas fire bowls, exploring how they can transform your outdoor space into a cozy oasis of warmth and relaxation.

From the allure of flickering flames to the practical considerations of design and safety, we’ll cover everything you need to know to create your own outdoor oasis.

1

Benefits

of a Natural Gas Fire Bowl

Unlike their wood-burning counterparts, natural gas fire bowls eliminate the need for storing and handling firewood, thus saving you time and effort. Additionally, they provide instant and adjustable flames at the push of a button, allowing for greater convenience and control. With gas fire bowls, there’s no smoke, ash, or sparks to contend with, resulting in a cleaner and safer outdoor environment. Plus, they typically produce less heat loss, ensuring efficient and effective warmth during chilly evenings.

Versatility in design and functionality

One of the most appealing aspects of natural gas fire bowls is their versatility in design and functionality. Whether you prefer a sleek and modern look or a rustic and earthy vibe, there’s a natural gas fire bowl to suit your style. These fire bowls come in a wide range of shapes, and sizes, allowing you to customize them to complement your outdoor space seamlessly. Furthermore, many models offer additional features such as tabletop surfaces, and even cooking capabilities, transforming them into multifunctional focal points for outdoor entertaining.

Environmental benefits

Concerns about environmental impact have prompted many homeowners to opt for natural gas fire bowls over wood-burning alternatives. Unlike traditional fire pits, which emit harmful pollutants such as carbon dioxide, particulate matter, and volatile organic compounds, natural gas fire bowls burn cleaner and produce fewer emissions. By utilizing natural gas, a cleaner-burning fossil fuel, you can reduce your carbon footprint and minimize air pollution in your local community.

Choosing the right size

for Gas Fire Bowl

The first thing you should start with is to choose the right size of the fire bowl for your space. Consider the dimensions of your patio or yard, ensuring that the fire bowl fits comfortably without overwhelming the space. A smaller fire bowl may be ideal for cozy nooks or intimate gatherings, while a larger one can serve as a striking centerpiece for expansive outdoor areas. Additionally, factor in clearance requirements to maintain a safe distance from surrounding structures and vegetation.

For example, our best selling Zen fire bowls are available in 3 standard sizes: 34, 36 and 48. You can also request custom sizes to have it perfectly fit to your outdoor space.

Handling & Delivery

It is recommended that you choose a concrete firepit that is engineered with proper weight distribution. This way, you can place it on your deck or move it around your patio via a two-man lift. You can change up your outdoor layout with ease. Don’t forget about this when you are buying a new concrete firepit.

Consider how your new concrete firepit will be delivered and installed. Will it be shipped securely? You may need help with set-up if the desired location is hard to access. If you are purchasing a gas or propane fire pit, you may require the services of a gas fitter to safely connect the appliance.
