Where do you ship to?
We ship throughout all of Canada from our workshop in Richmond, BC. Your fire pit would be securely crated and shipped with an appointment to your home via curbside service.
Orders in the Greater Vancouver area are eligible for White Glove Delivery.
Are there color options?
Yes, our firepits are available in a variety of colors from black to white and browns or creams! View the product page to see each model in the different colors.
Are these safe in Quebec or California?
Yes! Our firepits are an ETL listed appliance certified for safe installation in North America. This means your gas professional can confidently install our high output fire pits.
Are these only natural gas, or can I use propane?
Absolutely! All our firepits can be ordered in natural gas or propane. Just choose at time of order your fuel source.
How much do these weigh?
The weight ranges depending on the model ranging from 150lbs to 400lbs with the larger units like the tables and tabletop bowls being made of seperate parts to make it easy to move into location.
Can I put these on a deck or under a wood pergola?
You can place any of our firepits on a wooden deck or other combustible surface. If you have a wooden or combustible overhead we have each fire pit available in a low clearance model to enable your installation without compromising the amazing flame experience.
