DreamCast is a dream come true! Exceeded my expectations. They are a stunning addition to my clients beautiful setting. So thrilled with the appearance and the glass guard is a must with windy conditions. The units sets low enough for optimal lake views from inside the home and conveniently high enough for entertaining and casual living but with a luxurious feel.
we ordered quadra 48 fire table with the logs and after a couple months I wanted to provide a review. The construction is fantastic and the table looks great. The lava rocks and logs really add to the aesthetic as well. The performance is top notch - plenty of BTUs. There are 2 reasons for dropping a star though. Reason 1 is the starter. Having to hold it for a full minute to get pilot lit to start the table is really a pain. We figured it would be just like a gas fireplace which lights right up but this setup requires that minute for an element to heat up for pilot to operate and so you can turn the gas on. Second issue is using the rain cover. Because the glass wind break raises up the center the rain cover sits on that. When it rains, rain just pools in the cover inside the glass windbreak. There should be some light semi-ridgid piece that slides in the rain cover. In the winter I really see this as a big issue with snow. Shouldn't have to come out after every rain/snow and lift cover to dump the water/snow out of the center.

Excellent company to deal with. They have several quick ship colors they offer but not in the color we wanted. When I contacted them for some color samples upon checking their inventory some how they ended up with an extra odd color that they offered me that was close to what we were looking for. We were able to upgrade the burner and add in some accessories and they provided a free cover. Shipping was extremely fast receiving order within 10 days much faster than we were expecting. They followed up with us several times before and after install. Not to mention we saved almost $1800 over anything else we looked at and the quality was much better than expected. This is a class act bunch of folks that do an excellent job start to finish.

Awesome, beautiful 120,000 BTU fire table. Most fire tables are way lower output than that, but I wanted more since I'm in Canada and it's cold sometimes... They held onto it for awhile until I was ready to take delivery, and everything arrived and worked exactly as hoped. Really smooth process. Highly recommend!
We searched high and low for the perfect fire bowl. I knew what I wanted and was determined to find it. When I saw this beauty, I fell in love! After some research, we placed our order, full of optimism it was everything we hoped it would be… it did NOT disappoint. We love it!! It’s inexpensive to operate (natural gas) and creates a lot of warmth, easy to use and creates a nice ambiance. A plumber hooked it up with no problems and was impressed with the set up. He said it was much nicer than the ones he normally sees. We feel like proud little parents with this addition along with our new pool. They go together well!
Simply Amazing!! My wife and I spent a long time trying to find the perfect fire pit for our backyard and I can tell you it was not easy. Many items were low price, but poor quality. Others were high-end names and had great pictures, but the service was poor and took forever to get any kind of answers. We finally came across Dreamcast and what an amazing experience. They were the perfect package: High Quality Products, Great web content that was easy to find and amazing customer service. From the first email to the final purchase, they were with us all the way through emails, follow-up calls and even checking in to see if the boxed fire pit was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Living on the other side of the country, Dreamcast made it feel like they were right around the corner if I needed anything.

We bought the Lotus 45 in charcoal black and it is absolutely beautiful, it was the perfect addition to our new deck. We live on an acerage and they had no problem delivering it right to our door. Our Dreamcast fire table exceeded our expectations and the company was so professional to work with. We found this company online and bought one over the phone so was a bit of a nail biter as to how it was going to look and the quality buying sight unseen (and it was probably the most expensive table we had looked at too!) Victoria was so helpful and gave me all the information on what to expect and gave me so many photos of actual tables to help me decide on a colour (we are thrilled with the charcoal that we chose too!). The table arrived sooner than our estimated time and was professionally delivered by a moving company. The only negative is it is curbside delivery only so had to hire someone to move it to our deck and set it up but that was told to us before purchasing so wasn't a surprise. It was meticulously packed and arrived in pristine condition. In fact the crate it came in was so nice we gave it to someone to make use of it in the future because it was that nicely built! The table itself was stunning and gives off fantastic heat and ambience. Now we are just waiting for some nice weather so we can sit outside and use it! Highly recommend Dreamcast!!!

Love our two new fireplaces! Working with Kimberly was great. She was very patient with us going back and forth. The fireplace turned out lovely. Their two installer Jesse and Owen were here for a couple days installing and they made the experience even better. They know what they are doing, very efficient, cleaned up their mess every time they left. All around just really nice guys!!!

We love our new fire pit. It was easy to install and gives off a nice amount of heat. Unpacking it was easier than I thought it would be.
I purchased a Zen 36 Firebowl. From the start, the company provides fantastic customer service and communication. The product was shipped inter-provincially and came expertly packaged. High quality product made in Canada and I have no reservations that it will withstand our winters well.
A few months after I received the product, I got a follow up email and phone call regarding my product. Although the product does come with clear installation instructions, in some instances, I believe individuals had installed it incorrectly, leading to an issue with the concrete bowl (through no fault of the product design, merely an installation error). They company's thoroughness in following up with me as someone who had bought that product to ensure correct installation and satisfaction went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this product.

DreamCast has great fire pits and the staff were so helpful!! I can't recommend them enough. My initial call with the designer, Kimberly, helped me choose the size of Linea and narrow down the fire pit colors. It took a little bit of time for the samples to arrive, but when they did her recommendation was spot on! The firepit was so worth it. It arrived in this bomb-proof crate that my husband and his friend unpacked. The unit was very easy for my gas fitter to assemble. I love my Linea and it is the crowning jewel on deck.

Dreamcast has the best fire tables and fire bowls in Canada. They were very good on shipping and delivery and answered all questions on details. Make sure you find a qualified gas fitter and technician as it will be needed. Very impressed with the professional experience. From the first call to Catherine to receiving the well packaged fire pit, it is highly recommended company to deal with. The fire pit is beautiful and preforms as advertised.
Our project was simple but nevertheless needed meticulous attention to detail. Dreamcast came though for us. It was a simple mantle, 2” thick concrete, 9” wide, 72” long, charcoal colour. It had to be flawless, and it was. Dreamcast manufactured it, delivered and installed it. The installers were true professionals. It’s a beautiful addition to our Dreamcast fireplace that was installed by the developer. I would not hesitate recommending Dreamcast. Thanks for the excellent job!
Beautiful design and gives off tremendous heat. Love the wide surface surround - perfect for putting your glasses while enjoying the fire. We have it in Whistler and looks great.
